PRE-ORDERS FOR 2026 ARE OPEN. A deposit of $250 is required to secure and hogs will be processed at the end of November. Prices per pound vary season to season depending on input costs. Orders can be taken for half and whole hogs.
At 6-8 weeks old our piglets come to the farm. A short while later, they are brought to pasture for the entirety of their lives on our farm. They graze happily in rotational sections, enjoying all the forage they desire. They have moveable shelters and water troughs. Our pigs are fed non-certified Organic feed grown and milled locally by a family in Cobden. When available, they are treated to non-GMO spent grain from our local brewery whose grains are from a local family producer in Arnprior. We would rather see the spent/fermented grain being used as an input to the regeneration of our farm than taken to the landfill. Through this partnership we can minimize waste and the piggies get a snack.
Final cut and wrap weight per side (half hog) avg. approx: 100-120lbs
